The machine speaks up

Machines and plant rooms can be monitored in several ways, and Trolle collects them all in the same flow:

• Operating hours and running status – the tracker logs when the machine runs and when it does not. Silence when there should be operation is an alarm too.
• Temperature – a pump running hot, a cold room losing its chill or a plant room near freezing is flagged before the limit is passed.

History makes you wiser

Every alarm, measurement and action is stored per machine. After six months you can see which machines alarm most often, what it has cost in hours, and what ought to be replaced rather than patched. That is the difference between fighting fires and preventing them.
